① Collection of Personal Information

We may collect your personal information to the extent necessary to provide you with better service.
When collecting personal information, we will limit the collection of such information to the purpose of collection to the extent possible. The scope of personal information collected shall not exceed the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of collection.
When collecting personal information, we will do so in a lawful and fair manner. When we collect personal information from other than our customers, we will obtain the consent of the customer.

If you do not wish to receive such information, please contact us and we will stop sending you such information.

④ Provision of Personal Information

We will not disclose or provide your personal information to any third party other than our subcontractors without your consent.
However, we may disclose or provide personal information without your consent if we are required to do so by law,
or if we are requested to do so by a court of law, the police, or other public agency.

⑤ Disclosure and Correction of Personal Information

Upon receiving a request from a customer to disclose his/her own personal information in the form of a prescribed form, along with a copy of a document that can verify the customer’s identity,
we will disclose the information to the customer without delay after confirming the identity of the customer, except in cases where the disclosure would seriously impede our business
or cause harm to the life, body, property, or other interests of an individual. In addition, when a customer requests the correction or deletion of his/her personal information, we will process the request without delay.
In such cases, when there is an appropriate reason for the requested correction or deletion, we will make the correction or deletion without delay.

⑥ Establishment of Internal Mechanisms

Based on this Privacy Policy, we will establish internal rules for the protection of personal information, provide clear policies for the handling of personal information to our directors, employees, and others,
strive to protect the personal information of our customers, and establish an internal auditing system to ensure that personal information is adequately protected.

We will revise and make improvements to the above items as necessary with respect to the handling of customers’ personal information.
